About us

Linda McLoughlin is founder of LeadershipWorks and has a reputation for being at the forefront of innovation in developing leaders. She is passionate about working creatively with change and engaging people, teams and organisations in leadership learning. She is skilled at motivating and empowering others and tapping into their desire to lead and grow.   She has been an executive coach to many senior executives.   Linda has worked across five continents and has held leadership positions in public management, education, tourism, publishing and training roles.  She is a published author on leadership, an experienced conference speaker and has been invited to present papers at international conferences such as the European Foundation for Management Development. She is a graduate of UCD and the Smurfit School of Business and has completed the Harvard Art and Practice of Leadership Programme. She holds a Diploma in Coaching and is an accredited  International Coach Federation coach.

LEA SELF, LEA 360, EQi and Myers Briggs Type Indicator

The LeadershipWorks philosophy is based on the following principles:

  • Leadership learning ‘sticks’ when it is integrated with day to day business and is co-designed with the learners and the senior management team
