Linda and her associates are licensed to use a range of Leadership Diagnostics and Feedback Tools to support Leadership Development e.g.Leadership Effectiveness Analyiss (LEA) and LEA 360; Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and MBTI Step 2; Baron EQi (Emotional Intelligence); Belbin Team Roles and the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Inventory.
Linda has a reputation as a motivational facilitator with an extensive repertoire of leadership development techniques and has completed the Art and Practice of Leadership Development at Harvard University. She has been Programme Director of a number of flagship national programmes to develop leaders in local government; nursing and womens leadership.
