Linda McLoughlin is an award-winning coach and founder of LeadershipWorks International specializing in coach training; leadership development; managing change; gender intelligence and team-building. Linda consults widely in the field of leadership and government reform and has worked across Europe; the Middle East; Africa; USA and South America. She served as a member of faculty at the Business School of the American University of Sharjah for 6 years.
In the Middle East, she provides facilitation, executive education and coaching to large state enterprises such as Etisalat; DP World; Dubai Airports and the Road Transport Authority. She has coached members of the Abu Dhabi’s Executive Council towards the achievement of their ambitious 2030 Vision as well as high potentials as part of the Tatweer Forum’s Leadership Initiative for Sharjah. Linda is an associate with KPMG Lower Gulf and also works with multi-national companies such SNC Lavalin. In Europe, she is an associate with the European School of Administration, Brussels and provides Talent Management training for EU Directors and is currently working on other projects within the Irish health and education sectors.

Linda’s Contributions
Linda researches and publishes in the field of government modernization and women’s leadership and has contributed to a number of books and peer reviewed articles. Linda holds a first-class honors MBS from the Smurfit Business School, UCD; a two-year Diploma in Coaching and has completed the Art and Practice of Leadership Development Program at Harvard. She is a licensed facilitator of a psychometrics such as the Baron EQi; LEA 360 and MBTI Step 1 and 2.
She specialises in coaching leaders as agents of change and teams in times of conflict and complexity and is a skilled facilitator of high level management teams and boards. Linda is an engaging and experienced keynote speaker on a range of leadership themes for senior international audiences.
